What You Will Learn

We understand SEO can seem like an ever-changing puzzle. Our experts consistently study and adapt to search-engine updates, guiding your business clearly and confidently through each change.

Understand the building blocks of search engine optimization. You’ll learn what SEO is, how search engines rank websites, and the key elements that influence visibility—like keywords, site structure, and user experience. By the end, you’ll know how and why SEO impacts nearly everything online.

Learn how to write for both people and search engines. You’ll get hands-on experience crafting blog posts, product descriptions, and web copy that’s not only engaging but also optimized with relevant keywords. Expect to improve your writing and develop an eye for what content performs well.

Discover the power of backlinks and why they matter. You’ll learn how to research link opportunities, help with outreach, and assist in building connections with other websites—all with the goal of increasing a site’s authority and ranking.

Get introduced to how websites are built and structured. Though this role focuses more on the SEO side of web design, you can do one without the other.

You will learn the basics of building webpages and what makes some pages better for search engines that others.

See how all the pieces fit together. You’ll learn how SEO goals are set, how we research and prioritize tasks, and how to create a game plan that aligns with a client’s business. You’ll also get to contribute to real strategy sessions.

We will walk you through performing audits on potential client sites, identifying strengths and weaknesses of websites, and putting together an effective roadmap for how to improve rankings.

Learn how we measure what’s working. You’ll get comfortable using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console to review performance, track growth, and spot areas that need improvement. Data is a big part of SEO—and we’ll show you how to use it.
